(PEC)Phedar Expeditionary Contractors
The PEC is the newest addition into the Conglomerate. It was founded shortly after the conclusion of the Lussan contract where the PMC Exodus helped in the defense against the pirates and was afterward able to remake contact with and return back home. After seeing the benefits and potential income from having mercenaries, the board decide to found PEC with the captain of the Exodus, Hektor Ross, as the CEO. Very soon after being instated, the PEC was put to work by {REDACTED}, a private company, to help with an ongoing dispute near the Staston Belt. A majority of the company heads support the desire to maintain relations and continue work with ARMCO. However as of currently, the Staston contract is still ongoing and the PEC has not had a chance to return to their fairly new friends.
(PBR)Phedar Branch of Relations
The PBR is the second newest company to be created under the Phedar umbrella. Originally established as Phedar Internal Resources, it's first purpose was to keep all other companies in contact with each other and to handle disputes. After a few years of not very many disputes and the ever growing external client base, they were reformed and repurposed as the PBR to handle all diplomatic happenings. They pushed to expand further out into the galaxy and to get in contact with new nations and potential clients. Having an abundance of hands on workers used to dealing with HR similar tasks, many were promoted to ambassadors and were sent planet side of the Conglomerates many diplomatic contacts. They believed that having a representative in person showed more willingness for cooperation and would build more trust. Although not being a combat force, the recently appointed ambassadors assigned to the ARMCO company were present in the fighting on Titan. A few poorly trained pilots were able to operate a sub-standard bomber and even though not reporting and kills, they were able to destroy a few enemy structures and assist the true soldiers in their mission.
(PDF)Phedar Defense Force
The PDF was created shortly after a fleet of pirates dared a raid on one of the Conglomerates transportation vessels. The brave crew fought back and were even able to escape to a nearby asteroid field where they eluded the pirate ship. After returning home and informing the council, it was decided that the time has come that the Conglomerate need an official fighting force. Having thousands of volunteers the day of the announcement, the PDF was already a force to be reckoned with even before they were given proper training. Having only mostly dealt with pirate incursion since their conception, the PDF also fell into the role of the main policing force as well. Their have been no offensive campaigns in the companies history and only a single recognized 'war' a couple decades ago. The war lasted only one solar standard week with a rival company attempting an invasion with no proper declaration of war. The PDF forces of the closest moon mobilized and intercepted the hostile fleet and were able to disable the fleet command ship with one barrage. Having been bested in mere hours, the rest of the fleet fled with a minority still trying to carry on the invasion and were systematically disposed of over the next week. Since then, the PDF has not been mobilized in it's entirety until just recently after the news of Haven's attack. So far nothing has come of it and the mobilization remains as a precaution.
