The PEC is the newest addition into the Conglomerate. It was founded shortly after the conclusion of the Lussan contract where the PMC Exodus helped in the defense against the pirates and was afterward able to remake contact with and return back home. After seeing the benefits and potential income from having mercenaries, the board decide to found PEC with the captain of the Exodus, Hektor Ross, as the CEO. Very soon after being instated, the PEC was put to work by {REDACTED}, a private company, to help with an ongoing dispute near the Staston Belt. As of currently, that contract is still ongoing and the PEC has not had a chance to return to ARMCO. Most of the company heads support the desire to continue work and maintain relations with ARMCO.
