Current Orbital Mechanics are in development for v3.5 and will most likely see changes for v4

Armour is by side, with most ships having four sides, (F/A/P/S) being the notation, Fore/Aft/Port/Starboard, third dimension I'm assuming will be irrelevant, otherwise Overhead and Underfoot/Lowerhull could be added.
The OMV having 12 hits is apparently "High" - intended to be balanced by the lack of frontal armour
Orbital Maintenance Vessel -
Hits 12, Armour 0/1/1/1 (F/A/P/S), Speed 1 (Point FTL Drive), 6 Turret Mounts, 6 Small Bays, 1 Massive Bay. Crew Minimum 5. Has 6 cranes used for moving equipment into position in the job site and a number of small bays, incredibly slow. Does have its own Point FTL The ship's core has a single Massive Bay in the front.
